If you would like to purchase a voucher via sumup, we have the following hints for you:

• You can enter your own address as the recipient's e-mail address if you wish to inform the actual recipient of your gift in any other way than by the automatic e-mail sent by sumup. Or you then do not even click on "Dieser Gutschein ist für jemanden anders" (meaning "this voucher is for someone else"), because:
  
• The credit balance on the voucher is identified by the 10-digit voucher code, which is sent to the "recipient" by sumup by e-mail.
• The voucher is redeemed by showing us the 10-digit voucher code; we then deduct the corresponding amount from the voucher balance after the treatment.
  
• Please let the recipient know that it makes sense to make an appointment, either by telephone (+49 30 41 93 94 91) or via our appointments page.
